Booking Policy
As of January 1, 2023
All sales of services completed are final, and the Salon does not offer any money-back guarantees. Please note that we have a 7-day notification policy if you do not like something about your hair. Our client’s satisfaction is our main priority. We’re happy to discuss and resolve any issue a client may have by providing additional services to correct it. A consultation would be required to ensure enough time is booked out for any correction and is free of charge.
